Jira Quick Finder (“the Extension”) is a free browser extension developed by Fede Ríos to help users search Jira issues more efficiently.
1. Free and Unmodified Use
This extension is completely free to use. It may not be altered, repackaged, or distributed in any modified form without prior written permission from the developer.
2. Data Collection and Usage
Jira Quick Finder only collects anonymous usage data necessary to understand overall usage (for example, total number of searches performed). No personally identifiable information (PII) or Jira content is collected, stored, or transmitted.
All configuration data—such as prefix mappings, history, and preferences—is stored locally on your device or synchronized via Chrome’s storage system (chrome.storage.sync). This information never leaves your browser or your Google account.
3. No Personal Tracking or Sharing
- No tracking of users or browsing activity.
- No collection of Jira credentials, issue content, or personal data.
- No sharing or selling of data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
Jira Quick Finder does not use analytics, advertising, or external APIs that collect user data.
